This Privacy Policy is an external, customer-facing data protection policy (or privacy notice), intended for general commercial organizations. It reflects disclosure and transparency requirements set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA).
Important note: on November 3, 2020, California voters approved Proposition 24, which enacts the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA). The CPRA amends and expands the CCPA, and goes into effect on January 1, 2023. The deadline for final CPRA regulations to be adopted, initially set for July 1, 2022, has been delayed. This document does not reflect the CPRA amendments to the CCPA.
Privacy policies can vary depending on unique factors (e.g., the nature of the data collected, industry-specific regulatory obligations, and protections for certain types of consumers), and should be tailored to account for your organization’s specific business objectives and intended audience.
