ResponsiveMash was responsive and knowledgeable but also adaptable to our needs. Sometimes the lawpath platform has been a bit confusing negotiating signing all the documents however and for the share certificates we had to revert to signing manually as the system kept putting the wrong individual to sign in the wrong spot.

Claire was very patient throughout the process, especially as i requested multiple changes to the document. I appreciated her willingness to amend things each time i raised a concern or question.
However, a lot of the revisions were needed because i didn’t receive much guidance or explanation early on. I found myself researching through ai and coming back to claire with information and clarification requests, which then led to updates being made. While she was responsive and accommodating with the changes, clearer direction from the start would have made the process smoother quicker and more efficient.
Overall, her patience was a strength, but the experience would have been improved with more proactive guidance upfront.

Review of karan sankepalliKaran has been my tax advisor for close to two years and he has been fantastic. He replies to my questions with lots of details and in a way i can understand. Nothing ever feels like it is too much trouble. His knowledge has been excellent too. I feel like the business is in good hands.

My go to accountant, always eager to help solve my problems and save me money, more importantly, he's relatable and really easy to talk to. He's great at simplifying accounting and explaining xero. Lads if you struggle with this stuff, he's the go to guy.

Great help!Alex has been so helpful from start to finish. I was in a bind and out there on my own dealing with a tribunal claim which was complex and big. When i needed to seek legal help alex was super fast but more importantly he knew exactly what he was talking about, had great advice and didn't try to push for either way and i felt incredibly safe knowing he knew exactly what he was talking about and could also help me execute what i needed to in the time senstitive manner it needed. Add to that, the scary thought of cost was alleviated with a fixed fee which was incredibly reaosnable. So incredibly grateful to alex for taking a huge stress off my plate and guiding me through with easy to understand langauge.
