Consumers rights still apply in the current climate. It’s important in any event that businesses still comply with their obligations under the ACCC. Find out what you’re entitled to and also when businesses can refuse to give you a refund.

Legislative changes

A raft of new laws have come into effect since the outbreak of COVID-19. We will aim to provide you with the most up-to-date information possible, however these policies are constantly changing. Mostly geared towards businesses, these changes aim to help business owners stay afloat during this time.

COVID-19 Business Support Eligibility Tool

We’ve created a tool that will help determine whether your business is likely to be eligible for the NSW government’s COVID-19 support grant. All you have to do is answer a short set of simplified questions and we’ll put you in touch with our accounting partners.

Finally

We’re to help businesses navigate the legal side of things, in any circumstance. Whatever position you’re in – if you’ve been forced to shutdown or need to alter how your business operates, being as organised as you can be is key.
